We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges. • Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to show up, will result in a 20% charge of the service booked. • This policy allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
